I’m a certified holistic health practitioner and functional nutrition counselor who’s passionate about helping people achieve optimal health through proper nutrition. Inspired by my mother’s multiple sclerosis diagnosis, I became fascinated with understanding how the body works and how nutrition can be used to heal and thrive.
Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of individuals, creating custom nutrition plans that are both effective and sustainable. From weight loss to hormonal balance and increased energy, I take a personalized approach to each client’s needs and goals. With my guidance, you can achieve optimal health and wellness, and live your life to the fullest.

Of course not! We don’t want you to go on a diet and give up the foods you enjoy. The goal is to build healthier habits through moderation, timing, and small changes that will last a lifetime. If we take away everything you enjoy, you would never stick to eating healthy.
