I have been involved in sports ever since I was young, and I spent over a decade competing in track and field. I pursued this active career path to improve myself, increase my capabilities, and further strive for excellence. Along the way, I have gained an even deeper appreciation for the science that grounds and optimizes health and fitness. I want to help others achieve their fitness goals and challenge them to surpass their limitations.
