Our group classes offer a dynamic virtual environment to enjoy workout routines. At pivfit, we offer a wide variety of classes for every style, mood, and fitness level. All classes are live with a certified instructor. There’s surely a workout your teams will love!
Whether your teams are currently active or brand new to working out, our group classes have something for everyone. Each class can be modified for any level and any type of limitation, such as lack of equipment or injury.

pivfit Class Intensity Scale

Beginner
- Minimum Effort: movements you could do all day without getting too tired.
- Light and Easy: gentle, easy movements that you can maintain for several hours without much difficulty.
- Comfortable: you can still maintain a conversation while doing these movements.

Intermediate
- Some Effort: you can still get a few sentences out without struggling.
- Progressive: pushing a bit harder. You’re still able to hold a conversation, but with some difficulty.
- Hard Activity: heart rate is increased; breathing is slightly labored.

Advanced
- Vigorous Activity: requires constant effort. You might be able to get out the occasional sentence, but with more difficulty catching your breath in between sentences.
- Hard Intensity: requires focus and constant exertion. You can only speak in broken sentences during these exercises.
- Very Hard Intensity: labored breathing; can only maintain each exercise for a minute or two.

AMRAP stands for “As Many Rounds or Reps As Possible.” Intimidated? Don’t be! This class is designed for you to go at your own pace, take breaks when you need them, or really push yourself! Sweat Fest

Don’t have any equipment? No problem! This class is tailored for anyone who does not have or want to use any dumbbells, barbells, or any other form of external weight in their training. It is a H.I.B.T., aka high-intensity bodyweight training class that will get your heart rate up and have you breathing heavily.

Boot Camp

Ready to get down and dirty? Our boot camp combines cardio and strength to give you a well-rounded butt kicking to knock out both your cardio and strength training in one bout.

Yoga

Balance your mind and body in our yoga class. Yoga focuses on breathing techniques while guiding you through powerful movements and positions that promote flexibility, encourage balance and make your muscles more pliable. Our yoga class offers variations for all fitness levels and runs for 45 minutes.

Zumba

Tabata Training

Are you ready to Tabata? Achieve maximum results by performing a series of super-targeted moves in brief, 20-second, high-intensity intervals, followed by 10 seconds of rest. The action is then repeated eight times for a total of four minutes before you start your next move sequence. Tabata is a fun and challenging way to burn fat, build muscle, and challenge yourself.

Tone & Tighten Lower Body

Flexibility & Mobility

Flexibility and mobility may not be the first things that come to mind when you think of a workout, but these two practices are key to staying injury-free. This class works on stretching and improving the fascia so that you can enjoy your more challenging workouts and move without restriction.

Stretching with Paula
