Our group classes offer a dynamic virtual environment to enjoy workout routines. At pivfit, we offer a wide variety of classes for every style, mood, and fitness level. All classes are live with a certified instructor. There’s surely a workout your teams will love!

Whether your teams are currently active or brand new to working out, our group classes have something for everyone. Each class can be modified for any level and any type of limitation, such as lack of equipment or injury.

pivfit Class Intensity Scale

Beginner
  1. Minimum Effort: movements you could do all day without getting too tired.
  2. Light and Easy: gentle, easy movements that you can maintain for several hours without much difficulty.
  3. Comfortable: you can still maintain a conversation while doing these movements.
Intermediate
  1. Some Effort: you can still get a few sentences out without struggling.
  2. Progressive: pushing a bit harder. You’re still able to hold a conversation, but with some difficulty.
  3. Hard Activity: heart rate is increased; breathing is slightly labored.
Advanced
  1. Vigorous Activity: requires constant effort. You might be able to get out the occasional sentence, but with more difficulty catching your breath in between sentences.
  2. Hard Intensity: requires focus and constant exertion. You can only speak in broken sentences during these exercises.
  3. Very Hard Intensity: labored breathing; can only maintain each exercise for a minute or two.

pivfit Classes

Pound
Move with the music and work your full body using patented Ripstix, drumsticks, or even just your fists. Your heart will be pounding along with the rhythm as you burn calories and break a sweat.
Cardio Strength
This H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) class fuses strength exercises with cardio exercises with short rests in between. It’s a great class to build muscle while burning fat.
Tabata
Are you ready to Tabata? Achieve maximum results by performing a series of super-targeted moves in brief, 20-second, high-intensity intervals, followed by 10 seconds of rest. The action is then repeated eight times for a total of four minutes before you start your next move sequence. Tabata is a fun and challenging way to burn fat, build muscle, and challenge yourself.
Metabolic Meltdown
Break a sweat and challenge yourself. This class is all about functional movements. This class does use weights, but don’t worry! If you don’t have any, your coach can help you come up with some great alternatives.
Chair Yoga
This class is great for anyone that suffers from mobility or balance issues and is also great for older populations. You get all the benefits of yoga while remaining seated in a chair! It is also a good introductory class.
Slow Flow Yoga
Breathe deeply and feel each pose thoroughly. This class slows down to focus on holds and breathwork in order to deepen each stretch. It is a great way to end a long day.
Vinyasa Yoga
Connect your breath to movement as you flow through a series of varied yogic poses. This class takes you through several yoga sequences where each movement is done on an inhale or exhale.
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is a slower paced yoga that focuses on deeper tissues, ligaments, joints, fascia. Each pose is held for a longer amount of time in order to promote full lengthening and stretching though proper breathing.
Advanced Yoga
This class is for more advanced yoga practitioners or those wanting to try a more challenging yoga practice. You will be challenged with more complicated poses and discover your body is capable of more than you ever imagined.
Yoga for All
In this class you will connect your body, breath and mind. You will be guided through poses that are varied to ensure your whole body becomes connected with the practice. Variations to poses are also given to ensure everyone is able to benefit from this class.
Beginner Yoga
Never tried yoga before? This is the perfect class to get you started with the basics to build a strong flexible foundation. Learn how to breathe with movement and become more in tune with your body.
Full Press
Full Press is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit. We will use light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, giving you a total body workout burning up to 400 calories per session. This class is great for all fitness levels. Simply adjust your weights to your ability.
Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates is done on the floor with minimal to no added equipment needed. It focuses on strengthening and toning your body, specifically your core, with an emphasis on posture, balance, and flexibility.
Aero Boxing
Aero boxing is short for aerobic boxing. It is a no contact form of cardio air boxing. No equipment is needed for this cardio blast class! Get out some tension and burn more calories.
AMRAP

AMRAP stands for “As Many Rounds or Reps As Possible.” Intimidated? Don’t be! This class is designed for you to go at your own pace, take breaks when you need them, or really push yourself! During the workout, your trainer will lead the group through a series of movements that builds muscle while getting your heart rate up. Check out this class to see how many reps you can do!

 

Sweat Fest

Don’t have any equipment? No problem! This class is tailored for anyone who does not have or want to use any dumbbells, barbells, or any other form of external weight in their training. It is a H.I.B.T., aka high-intensity bodyweight training class that will get your heart rate up and have you breathing heavily.

 

Boot Camp

Ready to get down and dirty? Our boot camp combines cardio and strength to give you a well-rounded butt kicking to knock out both your cardio and strength training in one bout.

 

Yoga

Balance your mind and body in our yoga class. Yoga focuses on breathing techniques while guiding you through powerful movements and positions that promote flexibility, encourage balance and make your muscles more pliable. Our yoga class offers variations for all fitness levels and runs for 45 minutes.

 

Zumba

Do you like to dance, have fun and get moving? Join our energizing 45 minute Virtual Zumba class for all fitness levels. Burn calories learning fun dance moves to popular tunes. Get your sweat on, shake your booty and keep your heart healthy. What more could you ask for in a fitness class?

 

Fit Groove

A combination of functional movement patterns performed with short rest periods that will develop strength and endurance, accompanied by funky music.

Booty Camp

Let Booty Camp whip your buns into shape! Tighten, lift and tone your lower half in this bootcamp-style class

 

Ignite

Ignite your fat burn with this total body conditioning class. Don’t have any equipment but want to get stronger? Using only your body weight, you’ll tackle toning your whole body from head to toe.

 

Ab Blaster

Ready to get ab-fabulous? Then this is the class for you! In this series of exercises, you’ll torch calories while focusing on strengthening and toning your core.

 

Tabata Training

The name says it all! This class focuses on toning and tightening your glutes, thighs, and tummy. The instructor will change up the moves and pacing to keep things interesting and work for different muscle groups as needed.

 

Total Body Tone

Ready to get in the best shape of your life without using any equipment? Using only your body weight, you’ll tackle toning your whole body from head to toe.

 

Strength & Conditioning

Build strength and endurance while burning tons of calories! This class includes circuit training, cardio, and bodyweight exercises. It finishes with core training and stretching for a full-body workout.

 

Cardio Tabata

Hate long spans of cardio? This is the perfect class to get you moving, increase your heart rate, and get your cardio out of the way. Tabata-style cardio involves short bursts of cardio with a quick break to catch your breath. Come join the fun!

 

Flexibility & Mobility

Flexibility and mobility may not be the first things that come to mind when you think of a workout, but these two practices are key to staying injury-free. This class works on stretching and improving the fascia so that you can enjoy your more challenging workouts and move without restriction.

 

Stretching with Paula

Whether you are a beginner or just need a low impact stretching class that isn’t going to leave you exhausted and drenched in sweat, Paula’s stretching class is a great way to relieve tension in your body.

 

Mini-Series

For those of us on the go, we don’t always have time for a long workout. These 30-minute classes are designed for you to pop in and get a little sweat going when you’re strapped for time.

Mini Cardio involves the perfect amount of time to increase your heart rate, get your blood flowing, and push yourself. No equipment necessary!
Mini Strength focuses on quick strength training for the whole body with minimal or no equipment needed.
Mini Stretch is designed to help you loosen all that tension from a crazy schedule, get your blood flowing, or simply get up and get moving with low-intensity, low-impact movements.
