I didn’t have a healthy lifestyle when I was younger. I regularly sat on the couch and ate while watching television after school. But I decided to change, and I became physically active. I started playing different sports like swimming, volleyball, and table tennis. This active lifestyle helped me gain confidence in myself to start working out. My discipline paid off, and I began to see results.   Realizing the benefits of exercise and its role on a person’s overall health opened my eyes to a career path that revolves around helping people attain their goals. I strive to be the kind of person who is approachable and reliable. Change starts with a single step, so don’t be afraid to ask for help. I hope to work out with you soon!
