Workout Type: Flexibility

Flexibility classes utilize low-intensity exercises with minimal joint impact that increase the total range of motion of a joint or group of joints. They also focus on stretching and balance exercises which work stability muscles to improve overall balance and core strength.

Our yoga class offers variations for all fitness levels and runs for 45 minutes.
