Sweat Fest

Don’t have any equipment? No problem! This class is tailored for anyone who does not have or want to use any dumbbells, barbells, or any other form of external weight in their training. It is a H.I.B.T., aka high-intensity bodyweight training class that will get your heart rate up and have you breathing heavily.

Cardio Tabata

Hate long spans of cardio? This is the perfect class to get you moving, increase your heart rate, and get your cardio out of the way. Tabata-style cardio involves short bursts of cardio with a quick break to catch your breath. Come join the fun!
